My little cousin who has autism is my life. I love him to death and would do anything for him.

He doesn't understand the world, he can barely speak a word.
He isn't the same I wish his life could change.

But, still my heart he warms, living without a care in this world.
Killing me with his charm he never does any harm.

Stuffted animals, grahmn crackers, and movies are all he needs to make his day complete.
His smile is oh so sweet.

His favorite place is the park. If he could he would stay until it's dark.
He doesn't give a damn about a thing all he wants to do is swing.

He's my inspiration to go on. When i'm weak his presence keeps me strong.
He didn't ask for this but, still he deals with it.

If only more people payed more attention to autism awarness....
